Have questions about your benefits? Visit a provider’s virtual booth to access resources and video chat with a representative.
- Desktop or laptop: Join through your web browser or use the Microsoft Teams app if it’s already installed.
- Phone or tablet: Download the Microsoft Teams app before joining a video chat.
- Allow access to your microphone and camera when prompted.
- Please be professional, courteous, and respectful. Users who engage in inappropriate behavior will be removed.
- If you get disconnected, return to the provider’s booth and click the video chat link to rejoin.
