The San Mateo County Employees’ Retirement Association (SamCERA) is a defined benefit pension plan providing retirement, disability and death benefits for its eligible members and beneficiaries. SamCERA is an independent government entity, separate from the County of San Mateo.

To Chat with a Representative:
- Go to “Benefit Providers.”
- Click an Exhibitor’s page.
- Click “Join Chat.”
Joining the Zoom Chat:
- If you have the Zoom App and a Zoom account: In the pop-up, click “Open in Zoom App.”
- If you DON’T have the Zoom App:
- In the pop-up, click “Cancel.”
- Click “Join from Zoom Workplace app“. (Blue Button)
- In the new pop-up, click “Cancel” again.
- At the bottom of the page click the “Join from your browser” link.
- Allow browser access to your mic/camera.
- Enter your name and click “Join.”
Chat messages may be delayed during high traffic. Please be patient.
Maintain professional, courteous, and respectful behavior.
