The Benefits Division aims to provide comprehensive and accessible benefits, services and programs to eligible employees, retirees, and their dependents.
To Chat with a Representative: click “Join Chat.”
Connecting to Zoom:
Mobile/Tablet: You must use the Zoom app to join.
Desktop App: Click “Open in Zoom App” when prompted.
Web Browser:
Click “Cancel” on the first pop-up.
Click the blue “Join from Zoom Workplace app” button.
Click “Cancel” on the second pop-up.
Click “Join from your browser” at the bottom of the screen.
Allow mic/camera access, enter your name, and click “Join.”
- Video Chat will be available 11:30AM-2PM on October 16, 2025.
- Allow your browser to use camera and microphone to participate in the chat.
- Enter Your Name and Click “Join Meeting” to enter the meeting.
- Be professional, courteous, and respectful. Users will be removed if they engage in inappropriate behavior.
- If you’ve been disconnected, please refresh the page to rejoin the video conference.
- To view the video conference in full screen, click on the three dots (ooo) and select “View Full Screen.”
- Report any issues to the site administrator.

Phone or tablet:
- Download the Microsoft Teams app before joining. You can join as a guest without creating an account.
To finish joining: Allow access to your microphone and camera if prompted, enter your name, and select “Join now.”
